I, Lavale Odom was born April 5, 1983 in Detroit Michigan at Henry ford hospital. I attended Sherill elementary and then went on to go to Marcus Garvey African centered academy. After leaving Marcus Garvey academy I attended Winship middle school, then graduating from Cooley high school and Crockett vocational school. Growing up being creative , and outgoing, allowed art to become very intriguing to me .I attended Henry Ford Community College and International Academy of Design and Technology. The goal was to become an architect but there was some other plans laid out for me. So as time went, at the age of thirty, I decided to attend Michigan barber school. I received my license and went on to work at the Wayne sheriffs department as a barber for the inmates. Along with this, I worked at barbershop as well.The fourth year of my career, I decided to become a solo barber and take my career to the next level by becoming professional . August 28, 2023, I decided to retire from barbering and become a barber educator. The best way to contribute to society is to teach one another. Barbering meant something to my life and want to help others become the best version of themselves and become an phenomenal barber.
